Materials

1 Skein Rowan Kidsilk Haze for each color (3 skeins total)

Note:  Mono-color option requires 1 skein total

   70% Mohair, 30% Silk
   230 Yds / 210 m per 25 g skein

Needle Size US 8 circular 16 or 24”

Tapestry Needle

Gauge

__ stitches over 4” in st st on US 8 needles or size needed for accurate gauge

Pattern

Rectangle Color A

Loosely cast on 50 st. 

Knit in garter stitch for 7.5 inches.  (Knit flat, do not join)

Cast off loosely.  Leave 6 inch tail and cut yarn.  Set aside. 

Rectangle Color B

Loosely cast on 50 st. 

Knit in garter stitch for 10 inches.  (Knit flat, do not join)

Cast off loosely.  Leave 6 inch tail and cut yarn.  Set aside.  

Rectangle Color C

Loosely cast on 50 st. 

Knit in garter stitch for 7.5 inches.  (Knit flat, do not join)

Cast off loosely.  Leave 6 inch tail and cut yarn.  Set aside.

  

Finishing

Weave in ends with tapestry needle

Wet block to measurements.

Tie opposite corners of rectangles together using a square knot with the Color B rectangle in the middle.

Wearing option:  The opposite corners of each rectangle can be tied into a loop to make a cowl that is wound around twice as above.
